South Ribble - Community Safety Strategy

I am pleased to introduce our new community safety strategy which will set our strategic priorities for the next three years.

The partnership has enjoyed success in previous years and it is our ambition to build on this further to ensure that South Ribble remains a safe and secure community. We wish to see the partnership itself develop and extend its capacity to meet the challenges of the future. To do this we will continue to develop our work with current partners and invite others to join us to help us to achieve our aims.

You have helped us to identify those issues of greatest concern to the community and we have used these to help identify our priorities for action. We will address these by reducing crime and domestic abuse, tackling antisocial behaviour and reducing drug and alcohol misuse.

I look forward to working with our partners and making a difference for all those who live, work and visit our borough.
