Support Groups and Issues - Lancashire Agencies Forum

The Lancashire Agencies Forum (LAF) is the collective body of nine Home Improvement Agencies in Lancashire who have joined together to tackle housing issues locally and to provide a voice to express the needs of our clients.

The Home Improvement Agencies in Lancashire

Lancashire’s 9 HIAs work with mainly elderly and disabled home owners providing advice and assistance with home repairs, improvements and adaptations to enable vulnerable householders in the private sector to remain independently at home in safety, comfort, warmth and security.

Additional services such as Handyperson, adaptation and/or Security Schemes may also be available.

The work of HIAs can bring about tremendous improvements in clients’ quality of life and many health and social care benefits.

The Lancashire Agencies Forum is an Industrial and Provident Society with Charitable Status Reg No 29704R and is generously supported by Help the Aged and the Housing Associations Charitable Trust
